Close to the beautiful 6 km long sandy beach and bays of Roche. The Atlantic is only a 3-minute walk away. From the villa you can already hear the beautiful sound of the sea. Roche is a privileged urbanisation in Conil de la Frontera, Costa de la Luz in Andalusia. This holiday home has a living area of 170 m2 and is situated on a very beautiful and well-kept garden plot of 1.100m2. The very large and modern pool with outside shower and sun loungers invites you to linger.  

The 4 comfortable bedrooms are distributed on 2 levels. On the ground floor there is a living and dining area with a fireplace and direct access to one of the covered terraces. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an adjoining pantry. In the house there are 4 bedrooms with wardrobes and 3 bathrooms. The terrace area is designed in L-shape, roofed and has additional awnings as sun protection. Equipped with a large dining table for up to 8 people and lounge area. In the outside area there are 2 car parking spaces, a laundry room, a storeroom, an outside shower and much more. Of course, WIFI, grill area, PlayStation, SAT-TV with all programs, air conditioning are available. 

Roche is the perfect place to spend an unforgettable holiday. Whether youre visiting the beach bars or water sports, Roches beaches offer a variety of ways to enjoy the Atlantic.  

For those who prefer sports on land, Roche and the surrounding pine forests are also worth a visit. Here you can experience a climbing park, several riding stables or mountain bike tours. Roche has several sports fields such as volleyball, tennis, paddle, football and basketball. Everything is within walking distance. Other popular destinations in Roche are the restaurant El Timon de Roche on the cliffs, the get-fit-trail in the park or the 6 km long sandy beach. 

In summer, the Roche urbanisation hosts flea markets, summer parties with live music, sporting events and competitions, childrens entertainment and other events. Younger visitors can enjoy a disco for children, excursions, handicrafts, table tennis, surfing near the beach bar at Roche and other activities. The white villages are 4 to 20 minutes drive away. The same for Seville, Cadiz, Jerez de la Frontera and Puerto de Santa Maria. They are reached in 40 to 90 minutes. The harbours of Sotogrande and Marbella (Puerto Banus) are as interesting destinations as Tarifa and Malaga. Which can be reached in 1.5 to 2.5 hours. In the immediate vicinity of Roche there are several excellent golf courses. Like Novo Sancti Petri and the Melilla hotel group. And also the golf course of San Andres Golf. One of the most beautiful golf courses next to Novo Sancti Petri is the one in Dehesa Montemedio. This can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. 

Further golf courses can be found in Montecastillo - Sanlucar - Puerto Real - Benalup and Jerez. All can be reached within 40 minutes by car. Also the things, which the daily life needs, are present in Roche. On the plaza there is a pharmacy, a hairdresser, two cafs, a small supermarket and a newspaper shop with all newspapers. The shopping centre in Novo Sancti Petri, with its various shops, bars and restaurants and car rental, is just a few minutes drive away.
