The urbanisation Roche is a very family based residential community which was founded in 1979 in the middle of a pine forest.

 

The very quiet but central location of Roche, directly at the Atlantic Ocean, offers visitors relaxing days at the pool and long walks along the 4 miles long sand beach or through the bays. The best time to stroll around the bays framed by cliffs, however, is early in the morning and in the evening just before sunset, depending also on the water level and the waves.

The restaurant El Timon de Roche is located between the entrance of the first bay and the beginning of the 4 miles long sand beach which leads to the promenade of La Barrosa. The fantastic views of the cliffs, the beach and the surroundings of El Timón will quickly help you to forget the flow of time and the problems of everyday life.

In the centre of Roche there is the shaded square with its cafes situated among pine trees, a large playground, kiosk, supermarket and our real estate Immoteam El Delfin. Just a few yards away there is a sports’ complex with football, handball, volleyball and basketball fields. Several tennis and paddle courts are also available for visitors and residents. Various sports activities and tournaments for all ages take place during the summer holidays. There is a surf school, which hires out surfboards at the beach bar, a children’s entertainer and a discotheque, also a charity race and squash and tennis tournaments.

​Other activities like horse riding, bicycle tours through the pine forest, jogging along the cliffs of Roche in direction of Conil or on the path along the river leading to the port and in its extension through the “Cala del Aceite” to Conil.
