Sea view holiday home with garden and pool on a sandy beach, Costa de la Luz

The holiday home, which was renovated at the beginning of 2020. The beautiful house has sea views and a beautiful garden with a pool and a integrated children's pool.

The property is only 30 seconds walking distance from the 6 km long sandy beach of the Urbanisation Roche, which is located on the Costa de la Luz in Andalusia.

The restaurant "EL Timon de Roche", situated in beach front line at the cliffs, is only a few metres away. The holiday home has a large living room with fireplace and an attached outdoor terrace which leads to the pool. The adjacent bedroom also has access to the above mentioned terrace as well as a large wardrobe, fireplace and a bathroom en suite.

Opposite the entrance is the newly fitted kitchen from which you have direct access to a large terrace which leads to the rear terrace and the pool.

On the left hand side of the holiday home there are two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite.

The staircase in the hallway leads to the basement with a "party room" where a table tennis table, darts and a billiard table can be found. There is also a washing machine and a dryer.

In addition to WLAN, there are two satellite TVs, air conditioning, a dining table for 6 people, an electric grill, 4 sun loungers and a chill out lounge on the terrace.

The temperatures in the winter months (November to March) are very pleasant and often reach 20°C. During the Easter period, especially on the weekends, Roche is increasingly lively and the number of visitors is rising. As excursions you can visit several white villages (e.g. Vejer, which was chosen as the most beautiful white village in Spain), Medina Sedonia, Conil or Chiclana, which can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car. Visits to Sherry factories, the Royal Riding School, the Cathedral in Cadiz, museums, fishing ports such as Sancti Petri or the sports port in Puerto Sherry (transfer by boat from the port in Cadiz to Puerto Santa Maria about 35min/circa € 3,- per person) are also available. A visit to a flamenco school in Cadiz or shopping in this beautiful and oldest city in Europe can also be very exciting.
