Holiday home in Andalusia. It takes only about 5 walking minutes from this kernel renovated holiday home to the 6 kilometres long sandy beach. The very family friendly urbanisation Roche is situated only some driving away minutes from La Barossa, as well as the white village Conil de la Frontera. The beautifully planted garden consists of diverse pine trees and variety of other plants referring to Andalusia’s extensive plant live. Furthermore, a sheltered terrace and a big pool are a given. To reach Plaza de Roche with its cafes and shops, as well as the sports facilities, are within easy walking distance of the holiday home. On entering the holiday home you find a spacious living- and diningroom with integrated kitchen to the right. By passing the living room the sheltered terrace and the attached pool area are reached. The kitchen offers everything for your convenience: besides the usual comfort a ceran stove with induction field and microwave, dish washer and more you find an electric juice extractor, a capsule coffee machine and else. Now you can enjoy a tasty coffee preparation at the pool side or using the terrace. Extend the couch in the living room for an idle period of Netflix use and enjoy relaxed evenings. On colder days the fireplace grants comfy warmth for the whole of the living area. To the left of the entrance area a connecting room with bed and apres that another with double bed are found. Here as well are an en suite bathroom with easy access to an washing machine and dryer. Following the hallway one gets to the second bathroom in success; right hand of the corridor another double bedroom is located. Still following the corridor leads to the fourth double bedroom with the third shower bath. Besides the first sheltered terrace, the garden offers another one according to ones specific needs or day time requirements for a shadowy place. The plot is lined with pine trees, not hindering the sun, but providing the shadow for the hotter days. Several sunbeds around the pool allow for the relaxing moments after a pleasant cooling time in the pool waters. The holiday home offers WIFI, A/C, external shower and a sun sheltered car space. The 300 metres path to the beautiful beach of the Atlantic ocean passes magnificent villas, underneath pines and is quite secure for children too, because of the special priority rules of Roche. At the end of the street a stone stairway with hand rails leads down to the beach where a famous chiringuita invites for a rest and to refreshments in the main season. The shady Palza de Roche, with its cafes, the children’s playground, kiosk, super market, pharmacy and our estate agency of "Immoteam El Delfin" are reached in a 6 minutes walk. It only takes a 7 minutes walk form the holiday home towards the sports facilities with their courts for tennis, paddle, soccer, volleyball and basketball. Other well renowned locations of Roche are the first row cliff restaurant "El Timon de Roche", the fitness trail of the parc complex or the mentioned beautiful long sandy beach where surfer gather for a cooling drink. In summer times the urbanisation Roche offers jumble sales, summer festivities with live music, sports festivals and competitions, animation for children and much more. For the younger visitors a children disco, excursions, crafting, table tennis, surfing at the beach bar of Roche and many more activities are offered. The other white villages are reached in about 4 to 20 driving minutes and cities such as Sevilla, Cadiz, Jerez de la Frontera Puerto Santa Maria in about 40 to 90 minutes. The harbours of Sotogrande and Marbella or Puerto Banus are exciting targets for trips, as are Tarifa and Malaga which can be reached in 1,5 to 2,5 hours driving.
