Holiday home at the sea with new build pool

This inviting holiday villa is located in the private Urbanisation Roche, at the Atlantic beach. 

This property has sea views and is only a few steps away from the sea and the 6 km long sandy beach. The various bays, sheltered from the wind, can be reached by foot in only 2 minutes. The very family-friendly holiday complex Residencial Roche belongs to the municipality of Conil de la Frontera, one of several white villages on the Costa de la Luz, in Andalusia.

The house has a large garden plot of 1.200 sqm. The garden has a variety of different plants such as pines, aristocratic trees and palms. The living area is 150 sqm. On the ground floor there is a large cosy kitchen with an attached patio. The inviting and spacious living room has a fireplace for the colder days. Right next to it is the dining area, with enough space for the whole family. 

The living room is flooded with light and has direct access to the large and partly covered terrace. From here you can already hear the Atlantic Ocean and enjoy the sea view. The lounge area invites you to experience unforgettable moments. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms available. One of the bathrooms is en suite. One of the bedrooms is really large, so there is no problem to put 2 beds more for the kids. All bedrooms have wardrobes and mosquito nets on the windows. 

The large garden invites the children to play and offers a variety of trees and shrubs. The new saltwater pool has special gresites that shimmer in many colours and offer a special play of light. The "salt" is especially pleasant for the skin and eyes and prevents drying out of the skin and red eyes. The pool is 10 x 4 meters and has an integrated children's pool so that even small children can enjoy a cool down. After arrangement the basement can be used with some fitness equipment such as a dumbbell bench. 

Roche is more than just sea!One of the most beautiful walks you can do in Roche is the one below the cliffs. In the morning hours, besides the beautiful unspoilt bays, you can enjoy an impressive colour spectacle when the morning sun shines down on the cliffs in beautiful colours. Right next door, on the 6 km long sandy beach, a walk to La Barrosa (Chiclana) is possible in the fine sand. A visit to bodegas, various white villages, tapas restaurants and others are just as suitable as a walk in the pine forest or an excursion on a bicycle. Bicycle tours and also romantic walks can be taken above the cliffs that run through the pine forests to the fishing port in Conil or Chiclana. Roche is probably the most famous 'luxury' villa complex in Andalusia, situated in and around a pine forest and directly on the beach. The neighbouring villages Chiclana d. l. Frontera (Novo Sancti Petri) with the beach section 'La Barrosa' as well as Conil de la Frontera with its fantastic old town which borders directly on the Atlantic Ocean can be reached within 7 minutes. 

Also the things that daily life needs are available in Roche. On the Plaza there is a pharmacy, a hairdresser, two cafés, a small supermarket and a newspaper shop with German newspapers and our office "Immoteam el Delfin".
