This beautiful holiday house “Los Pinos” is located in the urbanisation of Roche, Conil de la Frontera. The holiday home is located in Andalucía on the Costa de la Luz. The house is located in a blind alley in only 300-meter distance to the pine forest of Roche urbanization.

The property has a large garden and pool (salt water) of 11 x 5 metres and a huge garden near the fine-sandy beach. 

 It is built over 2 floors on a huge plot of 1200 sqm. On the ground floor are the living / dining room with fireplace and an open and furnished kitchen. There is also 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a large bathroom with access to a patio. 

Located on the first floor is the master bedroom, a double-bedroom with single beds and 1 big bathroom. Each room has electric heating and the living room has air conditioning. 

WIFI and SAT-TV are available. The garden has many pine trees, a hammock, 4 sun loungers, a barbecue, outdoor showers, a large furnished terrace (6 chairs), various exterior lamps and many more amenities. 

Located in the beautiful and quiet urbanisation Roche, you encounter here small cafes, a pharmacy, a small supermarket and many sports facilities. Additionally, its wonderful and spacious beach over 6 km, with many small bays and a beautifully situated cliff restaurant “El Timon de Roche”, are inviting you for walks, biking and to watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Hiking, riding, mountain biking, volleyball, tennis – the nature park around the residential estate´s area offers lots of options. 

Another great experience is the challenging high ropes course near Roche situated in the sun-drenched pine forests. Roche is also located near to the local Golf courses of Novo Sancti Petri, Puerto Santa Maria, Atlanterra, Sotogrande and others. The white villages of Vejer-, Medina Chiclana de la Frontera are close by. Cities of Cultural Interest such as Cadiz the oldest town in Europe, Jerez de la Frontera renowned for its Flamenco dancing and Sherry, Sevilla with its many tourist attractions, Tarifa and Puerto Santa Maria are also easily accessible. 

In the surrounding area you will also find interesting places like the harbour of Sotogrande and Puerto Banus, Gibraltar, Marbella, Malaga and many other interesting places. May it be nightlife, excursions and sight seeing’s or sports activities and shopping trips, no wish stays unfulfilled in its surrounding area.
