Before entering the house we find a cosy and comfortable glazed porch with large windows, an articial fireplace and comfortable armchairs. There is also a ceiling fan for the hottest days. Once inside the house, we see a large open concept area with four different rooms: living room, lounge, dining room and kitchen. To the left, we find the hallway that leads to 2 double bedrooms, one single bedroom and 3 bathrooms, two of them en suite.

From the living room and lounge we have two different exits through large glass doors to the Chill out area with awnings and porch with comfortable armchairs and sofa. Outside you will find a large pool of 9x4 metres surrounded by oleanders and palm trees, and 6 sun loungers to lay out in the sun.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchenware. It has plenty of space to work on a large worktop, with windows facing the front porch, and a large island with bar stools.

The design of the dining, kitchen and living areas make it an ideal home for socialising while cooking and enjoying pleasant evenings with family and friends.

Between the kitchen and the living room there is a door that leads to an outside area with a built-in barbecue with a sink and plenty of shade. It is very practical, as it is very accessible from the kitchen and the outside dining table. From here, there is also access to a single bedroom with an en-suite shower room, further away from the rest of the bedrooms. In this side of the house there is the laundry room with washing maschine and dryer.

The Costa de la Luz, bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, is an ideal destination for beach lovers with crystal clear blue ocean waters.

Very close to the white villages of Vejer, Medina and Arcos de la Frontera.

The urbanisation of Roche also borders the golf courses of Novo Sancti Petri, well known to golf enthusiasts.

And what can we say about the rich gastronomy of Cádiz right at the beach, where you can marvel at the exquisite dishes and enjoy the best sunsets, toasting with friends and family. As in the famous Timón de Roche Restaurant, at the foot of the cliffs, next to Cala Encendida.
