The terrace overlooks a beautiful garden and a 40m2 private swimming pool.

On the other side of the corridor there are two more bedrooms. One of them with a trundle bed that can accommodate one or two people. The fourth bedroom has a single bed. From these two bedrooms there is access to a large and well protected balcony. On this floor there is a full bathroom incorporated in the master bedroom or another one to be shared between the other three bedrooms.

The house offers a large flat in the basement.


Roche is an ideal family holidays urbanisation, with a children's playground, tennis and paddle courts, a football pitch, as well as a small supermarket, a pharmacy, a hairdresser, several restaurants and cafés.
