This modern villa with sea view is located in the urbanization Roche near Conil de la Frontera. There are 2 accesses to the sandy beach in the immediate vicinity, each within 2 minutes walk.

There are several bays like the one in Cala Encendida or the 6 km long sandy beach in the direction of "La Barrosa". On the way to La Barrosa you will pass among others the famous restaurant "El Cuartel del Mar" or for example the chiringuito "CocoNovo Beach".

The 11 meter long pool with his beautiful garden is located directly on the terrace to the living room and has various sun loungers. The terrace is fully furnished as well as another terrace with a barbecue and a dining table for 8 people. The interior of the vacation home leaves nothing to be desired. All rooms are very bright and furnished with beautiful decorative furniture and accessories. The large and very bright living room has a long sliding glass door that leads to the pool and the large covered terrace with chillout lounges. The bright fully equipped kitchen has access to the rear terrace which has a large dining table. Furthermore there is a bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. At the back of the kitchen there is a laundry room and a guest toilet.

On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with bathroom en suite and fantastic sea views as well as access to the terrace.

Further there is a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds with a bathroom located in the hallway.
