Holiday home with pool and garden for rent near the long sandy beach in Roche, Andalusia. The family-friendly urbanisation was built in the middle of a pine forest and enjoys a 6 km long sandy beach and various bays. The private urbanisation is located in Roche on the Costa de la Luz in Andalusia, Spain.

The single storey property has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 9 people. It is newly renovated and charming house that represents calm, quality and comfort. The villa is located in a quiet but central location, only 5 minutes walking distance to the beach and a few minutes to the centre of Roche.  It is furnished with furniture from "El Corte Inglés" and is highlighted by the decorative painting of the walls and the particularly pleasant and noble colours of natural tones.

The interior design of the house has very peculiar details, such as a fireplace in the living room, inspired by the Moroccan style and decorated with special tiles.

The house is very bright, with large windows and sliding doors with the possibility of direct access to the spacious porch. There you find a chill out area with comfortable garden furniture, an outdoor dining table for 8 people that can be extended and a very unique iron lamp by an artist from Seville. In the garden surrounding the house there is a swimming pool of 8x4 meters.

The kitchen is open to the living-dining room.  It is very modern and comfortable, fully equipped and well organised.  It has several areas distinguished by their functionality: for cooking, for storage, for washing and drying clothes and an island with bar chairs.  The kitchen has a door that allows to separate it from other areas of the house for more comfort. Next to the kitchen is the dining table for up to 10 people.

The master bedroom is highlighted by a full glass wall to enjoy the views of the garden and pool. It has a separate dressing area with ample wardrobe space and a full en-suite bathroom. Another double bedroom is more intimate with a window to the garden and an en-suite bathroom.  The two double beds have new mattresses of 1.6 х 2 metres in size. Two more bedrooms each have two single beds and share a full bathroom. Finally, there is a single bedroom with a full bathroom with shower en suite. Chalet has air conditioning hot/cold. Another detail for the comfort of the guests is the automatic gate and the parking for two cars.

Renting this luxury villa is a good opportunity not only to enjoy the picturesque beach of Roche and one of the best climates in Spain, but also to visit many places of interest around. These include the famous White Villages of Andalusia (Conil de la Frontera, Grazalema, Vejer and Arcos de la Frontera, among others), the cities of great historical and cultural interest such as Cadiz, Jerez de la Frontera or Seville (30, 45 and 90 minutes by car respectively).
