The urbanisation Roche belongs to the municipality of Conil de la Frontera, one of the most famous and beautiful white villages on the Costa de la Luz. The fishing port of Conil de la Frontera is only a few minutes' drive from the Roche urbanisation. The plot of the villa is very well maintained and has a size of approximately 830 m2. Besides a saltwater pool, the holiday home has a very beautiful garden with a variety of exotic / typical plants. The villa, built in Andalusian style, has a living area of about 200 m2.

In the entrance there is a hall with the staircase and accesses to a bedroom as well as the kitchen and the living-dining room. The living room, as well as large parts of the house, has underfloor heating and air conditioning. In summer, summer festivals with live music, sports events or various competitions are organised. Various white villages are 10 to 40 minutes away. Seville, Cadiz, Jerez de la Frontera and Puerto Santa Maria are also within easy driving distance.
