On entering the house we find a double storey space, very peculiar and uncluttered, with lots of natural light.  The main materials used in the interior design are stone, clay, wicker and ceramics. The light and natural tones of the walls contrast with decorative elements of intense and vibrant colours creating a unique space. In addition, the entrance hall is decorated with plants that enliven the place.

On the left is a special corner with a sofa filled with brightly printed cushions and niches for ceramic pieces on the wall. It is worth mentioning the original lighting solution such as the wicker pendant lamps in natural colours and the recessed lights in the wall recesses with a very warm and pleasant light.

The kitchen is very modern with high quality appliances and furniture. It has an island with bar stools to gather and chat while having a drink or cooking. The house allows for easy communication between areas. The living room next to the dining table has a relaxation area with comfortable sofas in front of a large TV. From the glazed living room you can go out onto the porch to enjoy the good weather and the Andalusian sun.

Another interesting feature of the living room is a smooth staircase that leads to the terrace to admire the breathtaking ocean views. Sunsets in Roche are an unforgettable experience.

The house has five bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Four of them are furnished with double beds and one is a children's room with 2 bunk beds. All the bedrooms have air conditioning hot/cold and a ceiling fan for the summer season.

The urbanisation of Roche belongs to the municipality of Conil de la Frontera, Cadiz. In addition to a large number of summer activities, such as sporting events for all the ages, multiple children's activities are also on the agenda. For example, a mini disco for kids, table tennis or a surf school on the beach. The large sports complex offers paddle tennis,  basketball, tennis, football and volleyball courts.
