Holiday rental with fenced pool, nice garden, near the sandy beach in Conil

This modern and especially family friendly holiday rental is located in the urbanisation of Roche. The urbanisation Roche belongs to the white village of Conil de la Frontera, Andalucía, at the Costa de la Luz. 

The house has 200 sqm with a beautiful garden and fenced pool . The plot is about 700 sqm, directly besides the nature park and its sun-lit pine forests. The holiday villa is situated in a quiet blind alley, with approx. 15 minutes’ walk to the 6 km sandy beach of the Atlantic Ocean. 

On the ground floor is a living/dining room and kitchen which leads out onto a furnished terrace. There is one double bedroom and one bathroom. On the first floor is one bedroom which has a double bed and a single bed with ensuite bathroom, additionally one bedroom with 2 single beds and another with triple bunk beds. There is also another bathroom. 

Outside, the villa has a fenced pool which is enclosed with sun loungers, a Chill Out area and a barbecue. SAT-TV and WIFI are available. All rooms have air conditioning. Because the house is situated in a blind alley you can perfectly enjoy quiet summer days in the beautiful garden and feel relaxed watching your playing kids. 

The urbanisation of Roche is a private residential of Conil de la Frontera, founded in 1975 and is situated in a quiet, unspoiled area. It is mainly owned by Spanish residents and it is situated in a prime location within a pine forest next to the Atlantic. The white villages of Conil-, Vejer- and Medina Chiclana de la Frontera are close by. Cities of Cultural Interest such as Cadiz, the oldest town in Europe, Jerez de la Frontera, well known for its Flamenco dancing and Sherry are close by. Sevilla as one of the most beautiful cities and with its many tourist attractions and Puerto Santa Maria are also easily accessible. 

In the surrounding area you will also find interesting places like the harbour of Sotogrande and Puerto Banus, Gibraltar, Marbella, El Rosario, Malaga and many other interesting places. The villa is near located to local Golf courses of Novo Sancti Petri, Montenmedio, Jerez, Atlanterra, Puerto Santa Maria, Sotogrande and others. Roche itself is a beautiful and quiet urbanisation with some small cafes, a pharmacy, a small supermarket, a children playground and many sports facilities, as well as the renowned cliff restaurant “El Timon de Roche”. Hiking, riding, mountain biking, volleyball, tennis – the nature park around the residential estate´s area offers lots of options. 

Another great experience is the challenging high ropes course near Roche situated in the sun-drenched pine forests. During the summer months the Urbanisation offers a wide range of services. For the little ones there are handicraft courses or for example a mini disco.
