This beautiful holiday home with sea views is located on the bays and 6 km long sandy beach of the Roche urbanisation. In addition to a beautifully planted garden with pool, the holiday home has a sheltered patio and terrace.  The holiday home is located in the family-friendly holiday complex of the Roche urbanisation in Conil de la Frontera.  

Due to the neighbouring nature park, development is not possible, which guarantees the sea view. From here you can take walks to the lighthouse, the river or the nearby harbour. The bays and sandy beach as well as the first row restaurant "El Timon" in Roche can be reached in about 2 to 5 minutes on foot. 

The living area of the 2-storey house is 200 sqm.  This plot has a size of 700 sqm and has a fenced pool and garage entrance. There is a living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with storage room in the house. There are also 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and various terraces, one of which is covered.  The living room, kitchen and the 2 bedrooms on the ground floor have direct access to the garden and pool. This holiday home also has air conditioning, patio, parking space, well, garage door and a storage room. Two bedrooms on the upper floor as well as the roof terrace have a fantastic sea view of the Atlantic.

A beautiful walk can be taken above the cliffs to the lighthouse and the fishing harbour.  There are 2 restaurants in the harbour from where you can watch the fishing boats coming and going.  If you get up early, you can also buy fresh fish directly from the fishing boat in the harbour and then take it home for a barbecue.  The low season is particularly inviting for chilling out, excursions, horse riding, surfing, golf and other activities.  In addition to visiting various white villages, you should definitely plan time to visit Cadiz, the oldest city in Europe, and Seville.  As far as culinary delights are concerned, there is an enormous variety of great restaurants in and around Roche as well as various beach bars that invite you to linger.
