The beachfront Villa is located directly at the sea in one of the 7 local bays and has beautiful sea views and a lovely pool. A minute ‘walk from your garden you will have private beach access. 

The holiday home is located in a cove and only a few meters away from the 6 km long sandy beach. At the beach you will find also the renowned first row cliff-restaurant El Timon de Roche. The holiday house was renovated in year 2017 and is equipped with new high-quality furniture. This front line object has a large living room on the ground floor with a modern open kitchen and a connected terrace by which the garden can be entered and the pool accessed. The living room offers a space, that can be used as an office, comfortable sofas, a separate utility room with WC, sink, dryer washing machine, as well as the staircase leading to the souterrain. 

The terrace is connected to the kitchen and has sun awnings, a chill out lounge, a large dining table for 8 people and a high class electric grill. Located in the souterrain are 2 bedrooms with 180 cm wide double beds and ensuite bathroom as well as two bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a bathroom on the corridor. By means of the corridor, the garden with the pool (and children´ pool) and 4 sun loungers is reached quickly. In addition to air conditioning in each bedroom, as well as in the living and dining room (heating and cooling), WIFI, SAT-TV, towels, safe and a parking space are available on the property. 

The beach is directly accessible via a private supply route. This property is situated in Roche urbanization (private residency), itself belonging to the “white village” Conil de la Frontera in Andalusia. Roche is probably the best-known luxury villa complex in Andalucía, built in the middle of a pine forest and directly at the Atlantic Ocean. It´s a beautiful and quiet urbanization with small cafes, a pharmacy, a small supermarket, a hair dresser, a tapa bar and many sports facilities. Furthermore, you are met with a wonderful and sunny Atlantic beach with many small bays, coves and the exquisite cliff restaurant “El Timon de Roche”. 

Besides, it´s close quarters to the local golf courses of Novo Sancti Petri, Montenmedio, Jerez, Atlanterra, Puerto Santa Maria, Sotogrande and those of others. Costa de la Luz´ white villages of Vejer-, Medina Chiclana de la Frontera are in easy reach. Cities of Cultural Interest such as Cadiz, the oldest town in Europe, Jerez de la Frontera, renowned for its Flamenco dancing and Sherry, Sevilla, with its many tourist attractions, Tarifa and Puerto Santa Maria are also easily accessible. In the surrounding area you will also find interesting places for excursions like the harbour of Sotogrande and Puerto Banus, Gibraltar, Marbella, Guadalmina, Sierra Blanca, La Zagaleta, El Rosario, Malaga and many other interesting places. May it be nightlife, excursions and sight seeing’s or sports activities and shopping trips, no wish stays unfulfilled in its surrounding area.
