Hiking, riding, mountain biking, volleyball, tennis – the nature park around the residential estate´s area offers lots of options. 

Another great experience is the challenging high ropes course near Roche situated in the sun-drenched pine forests. Roche is also located near to the local Golf courses of Novo Sancti Petri, Montenmedio, Jerez, Puerto Santa Maria, Atlanterra, Sotogrande and others. The white villages of Vejer-, Medina Chiclana de la Frontera are close by. Cities of Cultural Interest such as Cadiz the oldest town in Europe, Jerez de la Frontera renowned for its Flamenco dancing and Sherry, Sevilla with its many tourist attractions, Tarifa and Puerto Santa Maria are also easily accessible.
