Introduction and short Description:

When planning the property, great importance was attached to the spacious and light-flooded character of the property. This is already apparent when entering the two-storey entrance hall, the ceiling of which will be semi-circular. The future owner will have a 73 sqm living area with a variety of uses and furnishing options at his disposal. In addition to extensive pine forests, the Roche urbanisation offers a variety of leisure activities.
