Modern holiday home with pool and garden near sandy beach and pine forest in Roche

Beautiful holiday home with pool and a very nice garden. The house is located  close to the 6 km long sandy beach and pine forest of Roche. The family-friendly holiday complex is located on the Costa de luz in the beautiful Andalusia just a few kilometres from Cadiz.

The  holiday home is located in a quiet side street about 70 metres from the  pine forest and a 5-minute walk from the beach and various bays.

The sports facilities as well as the plaza with its restaurants and children's playground are a 15-minute walk away.

The  holiday property was completely renovated in 2020 to a high standard  and completely refurbished with new furniture, a new kitchen and a  variety of other details.

The  two-storey holiday home has a very large living room on the ground  floor with a dining table for up to 10 people. Furthermore, the living  room has a large sofa with various seating areas and lots of natural  light. From here you can reach the covered terrace and the garden and pool via the large sliding doors.

The  modern, newly installed kitchen is fully equipped with everything  needed for everyday life. In the adjacent patio there is a room with a  washing machine and a dryer.

Opposite the front door is the hallway leading to 3 bedrooms, each with en suite  bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a door leading to the garden and  pool.

The  staircase in the entrance area quickly leads to the upper floor. Here are 2 more bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and large terraces.

All  bedrooms have mosquito protection on the windows as well as on the  doors. Furthermore, all bedrooms have new built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and new beds.

In the garden there are a lot of different bushes and trees as well as a parking space.

Behind the pool is a door leading to the cul-de-sac and extension to the nearby sandy beach and coves.

There are also several sun loungers, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

The  equipment of the house includes a TV, WIFI, air conditioning for heat  and cold, mosquito protection, parking space and an automatic irrigation  system.

Temperatures  in the winter months (November to March) are usually very pleasant and  often reach 20 degrees. From Easter onwards, you can observe that our  urbanisation becomes increasingly busy, especially at weekends.

As  excursions you can visit various white villages like Vejer de la  Frontera which was once voted the most beautiful white village in Spain.  Other interesting white villages such as Medina Sedonia, Conil or  Chiclana de la Frontera are also beautiful and can be reached in about  15 minutes by car.

Visits  to sherry factories, the Royal Riding School, the Cathedral in Cadiz,  museums or fishing ports are also recommended. A visit to a flamenco  school in Cadiz or shopping in this beautiful (oldest city in Europe)  city should also be considered.
