Spacious first row villa for rent. This holiday home has private beach access to the 6 km long sandy beach. This beautiful holiday home is situated in the private urbanisation of Roche, Costa de La Luz. This extremely large holiday property can accommodate up to 14 people.

Entering the house we find a very nice inside porch with a table to have a snack or dinner in a more private atmosphere. The porch has an awning and is decorated in typical Andalusian style. From this porch it is possible to access two separate parts of the house. The villa has a total of 7 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. They are distributed in two independent parts, three bedrooms in one part of the villa with its corridor and four in the other, as if they were two houses sharing common areas such as living room or kitchen. Four of the bedrooms have double beds and three bedrooms have two single beds each. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan. 

A spacious living room ideal for family gatherings is divided by several seating areas with comfortable furniture and impresses with large windows with beautiful sea views.  The property also has a fully equipped separate kitchen, a living-dining room with a table for 12 people and two guest toilets. 

Both from the living room and the dining room there is access to the large porch which is divided into three parts. The central porch is covered and glazed, with chill-out areas and a large TV on the wall. The left one is under a roof and has a large table where up to 12 people can sit and enjoy a drink with the unbeatable views. And the right one is set up for complete relaxation, with a comfortable sofa with a side table and a double bed. 

From a spacious garden there is a private path that leads directly to the beach of Roche protected by its picturesque coves. 

The house is in perfect condition, has WiFi and all kitchen utensils, bed linen and towels sufficient for a comfortable stay of 14 people.  Finally, for the convenience of the tenants there is an underground garage for up to 5 cars. 

Due to its coastal location the villa gives the feeling of infinite spaces and freedom that we always lack in big and noisy cities. It is a place to disconnect and enjoy life and nature at its best.
