This holiday home is situated in the urbanisation of Roche which belongs to Conil de la Frontera. This villa with its spacious garden has a fenced salt water pool of 8 x 4 metres. The finca is situated in a very quiet street and the beach can be reached in 12 minutes. The plaza of Roche can be reached from the house by bicycle in approximately 8 minutes.There are cafés, playgrounds, pharmacy, our office IMMOTEAM El Delfín S. L. and supermarket.

The plot has a size of 987 sqm and the house has 150 sqm on one floor. Outside there is a covered parking space which is accessed through an automatic garage door.
