Furthermore, there is a wonderful and spacious beach with many small bays, coves and the beautiful first-row cliff restaurant “El Timon de Roche”. You can reach all of it by walking in maximum 2 minutes. When it gets too hot, you reach the 6 km long sandy beach in a few seconds for a swim. The plot owns 700 sqm and the total constructed area of the house is 160 sqm distributed over 2 levels with a living dining room with fireplace, a fully furnished kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, WIFI and SAT-TV. 

Outside you can find a patio and a large covered terrace with a barbecue for cosy evenings with your family and friends. A search for privacy succeeds in finding several different sized bays and coves, from small to bigger ones. Sunbathing, swimming, aquatic sports – Roche´s beaches present you with lots of chances to enjoy the Atlantic. While relaxing in one of the inviting bars along the seashore, surf schools and waves equal beckon surfers into the waters. 

Those who prefer their sportive activities onshore get their money´s worth in Roche too. Hiking, riding, mountain biking, golf, volleyball, tennis, diving – the nature park around the residential estate´s area offers lots of options. Another great experience is the challenging high ropes course near Roche situated in the sun-drenched pine forests. The property is well located to local Golf courses of Novo Sancti Petri, Montenmedio, Jerez, Atlanterra, Puerto Santa Maria, Sotogrande and others.
