It is a very familiar urbanisation with high standard on the 

Costa de la Luz. Very close, 5 minutes by car, are the golf courses of Sancti Petri, in La Barrosa, Chiclana de la Frontera. This house is of exquisite taste, modern and minimalist. It has 4 bedrooms and 5 complete bathrooms. Entering the house through the front door, we can already make out the living room with its incredible views.

A corridor leads to two bedrooms on the right and two more on the left.

Each bedroom, with similar design and size, has a double bed, a large open wardrobe and a pleasant en-suite bathroom with shower.

One bedroom on each side has direct access to the outside. From this corridor there is a staircase that, thanks to its well-thought-out design, neither breaks up or makes the space smaller. On descending we find ourselves in a big and luminous basement that doesn’t make us think we are in a different area to the rest of the house.

Here we have a very spacious laundry room with clothes lines, a washingmachine and a tumble dryer. The rest of the space is an open plan area with a gym and a large bathroom with shower.

Going back up to the ground floor of the property, at the end of the hallway, we find the wide living room with open concept kitchen and dining room. Here we marvel at all the light thanks to the large windows on the right side, where the kitchen is located and the glass doors of the dining area. From these doors we go out to a relax area with dining table and awning, on the side of the house, where we can still enjoy the beautiful views.

The entire front of the house facing the sea, and part of the side, is made of glass doors that fold up, turning the space into a huge and incredible porch to relax in the hottest hours of the day. When the sun is not beating down, the garden is certainly the greatest treasure of this luxurious home. With views of the world's greatest natural swimming pool, the Atlantic Ocean, famous for its stunning splashes of colour at sunset. In the morning, evening and at night, the garden will be your favourite place in this villa to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city and reconnect with nature.

Roche is without doubt an idyllic place for your holidays. There is also 24-hour surveillance as well as an outdoor parking space and an underground car park. It will take you back to the summers of your childhood, where peace and quiet were the norm rather than the exception.

Our beloved urbanisation has a plaza with restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and hairdresser. There are also various sports courts for paddle tennis, tennis, basketball and football. In summer, many activities are organised, such as a street market, children's entertainment with a mini-disco, summer cinema and play centre.
