This holiday home with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms can accommodate up to 10 people. It is located in the private urbanisation of Roche, Conil de la Frontera on the Atlantic coast of Andalusia.

It is a very comfortable and cosy family property.  Entering the house, on the left hand side, you will find a bright living room with large windows and direct access to the porch through the glass doors. It is tastefully furnished in light colours and offers views to the garden. Next to the living room is the separate kitchen, also connected to the porch. The kitchen is equipped with all good quality appliances and is recently renovated.

The spacious porch is in front of the swimming pool. For the comfort of the tenants, 6 sun beds, 6 garden chairs and an outdoor shower are available. The porch is undoubtedly one of the most attractive places in the house, a meeting place for the whole family. It is an ideal place to relax and eat outdoors under the shade. There is a table for 10 people, a sofa and new comfortable armchairs, and the curtains make the porch more private and cosy. Next to the porch is the wood-fired barbecue area.

On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom with a 150 cm wide bed, an en-suite bathroom and two built-in wardrobes. Finally, the ground floor has a laundry room and a guest toilet with a shower.

On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Two of the bedrooms on the first floor have double beds (150 cm and 180 cm respectively). One of them has access to a terrace overlooking the garden. Two other bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each. A staircase leads to the roof terrace with views over the Roche urbanisation.

The property has air conditioning in the living room and in all bedrooms, satellite TV and WiFi. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. The house is surrounded by a spacious garden of pine trees. It has an access for cars and a parking area for up to 2 cars.

The house is located in an ideal area of Roche, close to the small commercial centre of the Urbanisation, which you can walk to in 2-3 minutes.
