Holiday home, quiet Villa with pool and huge garden close to sandy beach in Roche

The Andalusian style holiday home Casa Loca - on a 1,000 m2 garden plot with pool in a quiet dead-end street - is situated in the attractive holiday village of Roche. The sandy beaches and the coves, the famous “Calas” of Roche, are a 15-minute walk away. A sea front restaurant, the sports facilities as well as the Plaza of Roche with cafés, newspaper shop, supermarket, hairdresser and pharmacy can also be reached within the same time.

Casa Loca was partially renovated in 2022 and offers accommodation for up to seven people. There are two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms, one of them "en suite". Two kids' rooms, one with a single bed and the other with two single beds, have their windows facing the conservatory, whose large sliding windows can be opened from two sides. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided.

The 35 sqm large eat-in-kitchen has been completely renovated, newly furnished and equipped with high-quality brand appliances. There is room for 8 people at the unique mosaic dining table. Bar stools at the kitchen island are the perfect place to enjoy a first cup of coffee in the morning.

The conservatory connects the kitchen with the lounge, from where on cooler days the entire living area can be heated via the fireplace. In addition, lounge and kitchen are equipped with air conditioning (with heating function).

The comfy leather couch in the lounge is the perfect place to curl up and read a book or watch TV; the morning sun is best enjoyed on the bamboo sofas in the east-facing conservatory. WIFI and a CD player are also available to the tenants, as well as beach chairs, parasols, children's toys, inflatable pool toys, etc., as well as four mountain bikes in sizes S to L for excursions around Roche or just for a ride to the beaches.

From the kitchen there is access to the terrace via two sliding doors. There is a pool (depth between 0.9 and 1.6 m) with waterfall as well as many shady pine and palm trees and other beautiful plants that provide privacy since large parts of the garden are not visible from the outside. For “hanging out” there is a hammock and a hanging chair. Four sunloungers, a barbecue grill, a solar outdoor shower, chairs with comfortable adjustable backrests around a large dining table and two chill-out lounges complete the garden facilities. A separate storage room with washing machine and dryer is accessible from the garden. An automatic garden gate provides access to a parking space on the property.

In summer, the Roche urbanisation hosts flea markets, summer festivals with live music, sports events or competitions, children's entertainment and other events. For the younger visitors, there are kids’ disco, excursions, handicrafts, table tennis, surfing near the beach bar of Roche and other activities.

The famous white villages of Andalusia (Conil, Chiclana and Vejer de la Frontera) can be reached in 10 to 20 minutes. Seville, Cadiz, Jerez de la Frontera, Puerto de Santa Maria in 40 to 90 minutes. The ports of Sotogrande and Marbella or Puerto Banus are just as interesting destinations as Tarifa and Malaga, which can be reached in 1.5 to 2.5 hours by car.
