The sandy beach is only a 15 minutes walk away from the Villa. The property is located in the beautiful urbanisation of Roche, Conil de la Frontera. The coast of Andalusia has the most beautiful beaches on the Costa de la Luz. It is also an experience for lovers of water sports and nature. 

The living room has a sofa, a dining area for up to 8 people, LCD TV, fireplace and a direct exit to the covered terrace. The open large kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need. Next to the kitchen there is another room with a fridge, washing machine and children's toys. The holiday home has 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom. On the terrace you will find a barbecue and a chillout area that looks out onto a lovely pool and sun loungers. Other amenities include air conditioning and WIFI and SAT-TV. 

The nearby “Plaza Roche” with its shady pine trees provides you with side walk cafés, children playground, a newsagent, a small supermarket, a pharmacy and our real estate office Immoteam El Delfin; all a 7 minutes’ walk away from the villa. In 5 minutes’ walk distance from your home you will find sports facilities, offering paddle, tennis, football, volleyball and basketball courts. In a 1 minute distance you will find the beautiful cliff restaurant “El Timon de Roche”, next to the 6 kilometres long fine-sandy beach, which welcomes you to try traditional and international cuisine, combined with a view of the Atlantic Ocean and its beautiful sunsets. During the Spanish school holidays there are organised jumble sales, summer festivals with live music, sporting events, contests such as children’s activities, children’s disco, handicrafts, table tennis and more. While relaxing in one of the inviting bars along the seashore, surf schools and waves equal beckon surfers into the waters.

Those who prefer even more sportive activities onshore get their money´s worth in Roche. If Hiking, riding, mountain biking, golf, diving – the nature park around the residential estate´s area offers lots of options.The white villages of Vejer-, Medina Chiclana de la Frontera are close by. Cities of Cultural Interest such as Cadiz the oldest town in Europe, Jerez de la Frontera well known for its Flamenco dancing and Sherry, Sevilla with its many tourist attractions, Tarifa, Puerto Santa Maria are also easily accessible. In the surrounding area you will also find interesting places like the harbour of Sotogrande and Puerto Banus, Gibraltar, Marbella,Malaga and many other interesting places.
