Rental of a modern holiday home with pool. The house is located near the sandy beach and coves in the private urbanisation Roche in Andalusia. The famliar urbanisation Roche is located near Cadiz on the Costa de la Luz in Spain.This modern single-storey holiday home is located within a 10-minute walk of the 6 km long sandy beach of the Atlantic coast in Costa de la Luz, Andalusia. 

The interior of the holiday home is modern, minimalist and furnished to a high standard. Large sliding doors and window fronts in the living room and the kitchen allow a beautiful view of the saltwater pool and the beautifully landscaped garden. On the large covered terrace there is a large dining table for 8 people, a ChillOut Lounge and a built-in barbecue area with direct access to the modern fully equipped kitchen. Opposite the kitchen is a spacious storage room with washing machine.

In addition to the large and open plan living/dining room, the ground floor has a separate sleeping wing with a double bedroom and bathroom ensuite, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a bathroom in the hallway. A further double bedroom with ensuite bathroom is located on the other side of the bedroom wing with access to the outside. 

All bedrooms have electric shutters and mosquito nets. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet with shower on the outside terrace. The house has solar panels and underfloor heating with butane gas. Through the large electric garage door you can access a spacious outdoor parking space which has room for 2 cars.

The property is situated 6 minutes from the sports fields and 10 minutes walk from the Plaza of the Urbanisation Roche with its shops and children's playground.

The fine 6 km long sandy beach with its bays is within 5 minutes walking distance. Here you will also find the famous restaurant "El Timon de Roche" which is situated in first sea line and offers a fantastic view. 

Roche offers various activities and does not only offer the otherwise typical beach holiday. The numerous sports facilities, such as paddle, tennis, football, volleyball and basketball courts are also within walking distance from the holiday home. A "get-fit-path" is located in the park. 

The beach where the surfers meet for a cool drink is not far away and always worth seeing. Just listen to the sound of the waves and watch the surfers. In the summer, the Urbanisation Roche hosts flea markets, summer parties with live music, sports events and competitions, children's entertainment and more. For the younger visitors there is a children's disco, excursions, handicrafts, table tennis, surfing near the beach bar of Roche and other activities. 

The White Villages can be reached in 4 to 20 minutes by car. Seville, Cadiz, Jerez de la Frontera o Puerto de Santa Maria in 40 to 90 minutes drive. The ports of Sotogrande, Marbella or Puerto Banus are also interesting destinations, as are Tarifa and Malaga. All these sights can be reached in 1.5 to 2.5 hours by car.
