Newly renovated, single-storey holiday home with garden and private pool

Roche, rental of a modern holiday home. The house has a pool and is close to the sandy beach in the Roche urbanisation. This holiday home with private pool and garden is located in a quiet area in the private urbanisation of Roche, Andalucia. Various white villages such as Conil or Chiclana de la Frontera are in the immediate neighbourhood. 

This area of Spain has been largely unspoilt by tourism. The urbanisation has the most beautiful beaches in Spain and was built in a pine forest.

The approx. 150 m2 single-storey house was completely renovated in the first half of 2022. It is lovingly furnished and located about 10 minutes walk from the sandy beach of Roche.

The holiday home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers and can accommodate up to 7 people. From the veranda there is access to one of the bedrooms, which makes it even more individual and independent. Three other bedrooms are located inside the house. The double beds have new, high-quality mattresses 1.60 m wide. Bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and connected to the living-dining room, which is open to the porch and the pool. Leaving the sitting room through a sliding glass door, you enter the veranda, which is equipped with comfortable garden furniture. There are 2 lounges, one right next to the pool with a shady parasol and another on the porch.

To make guests feel at home, they will find fibre optic internet access, satellite TV, charcoal grill, fridge, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, hoover, hairdryer and much more. Of course, the house has air conditioning and mosquito nets for a pleasant summer stay. There are two parking spaces and an automatic garage door.

The house is surrounded by a very beautiful garden with a variety of plants such as palm trees and oleanders, which guarantee not only aesthetic pleasure but also privacy. The new swimming pool is 10 x 4 metres, there are four sun loungers to enjoy the Andalusian sun. For the comfort of the tenants, there is a hot water shower next to the pool. In a separate storage room you will find, among other things, a washing machine.

If you want to bring your pet, that's perfect! Dogs are very welcome in this house, as the owners are great animal lovers.

The centre of Roche with its restaurants, cafés, a pharmacy, a supermarket, a children's playground and a sports field is a 10-minute walk away. Conil de la Frontera, one of the famous White Towns of Andalusia, is only 10 minutes away by car. Other towns of cultural and, of course, gastronomic interest are also within easy reach. We recommend a visit to Cadiz, with its beautiful promenade and two cathedrals; Jerez de la Frontera, the capital of sherry and horsemanship; or Tarifa, the centre of maritime sports and the crossroads of the Atlantic and the Mediterranean.
