The holiday villa has an infinity pool and offers direct access to the beach. This exceptionally beautiful property is located in the urbanization Roche which belongs to Conil de la Frontera on the Costa de la Luz in Spain. 

The beachfront Villa is located only a 3 minutes’ walk from the renowned front line Restaurant ‘El Timon de Roche‘. The Restaurant is situated between the 6 kilometres long fine-sandy beach and the cliffs overlooking the Atlantic ocean. This modern villa is divided into 2 parts, which are connected by a corridor in the souterrain. The oceanfront has a very large living room with a fantastic sea view, a kitchen with an attached, sheltered courtyard and its access to the outbuilding.

The upper floor as well offers a very large terrace from which you have a distant view towards the ancient former fortress “Hercules”. The spacious outdoor area / terrace, accessible by sliding doors, disposes of sun loungers, a chill out lounge and a large dining table from where you can experience the colourful sun ups and downs over the Atlantic Ocean. 

The annex building provides you with 4 spacious double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Ensuing from the bedrooms located is a huge games / community room with a pool table, table tennis and a sofa with a TV corner. The living room dispose of heated floors and the bedrooms of gas – central heating. The house furthermore offers satellite TV, WIFI, 3 car parking spaces and much moreamenities. 

The property is situated in the urbanization (private residency) Roche which belongs to the “white villages” Conil and Chiclana de la Frontera in Andalusia. It´s a beautiful and quiet urbanization with some small cafes, a pharmacy, a small supermarket and many sports facilities. 

Furthermore, there is the mentioned wonderful and spacious beach with many small bays and a beautiful cliff restaurant “El Timon de Roche”. One of the most beautiful walks you can do in Roche is below the cliff. In the early hours of the morning, the viewers can enjoy a spectacular spectacle of colours as well as experience beautiful pristine bays when the morning sun shines onto the rock walls in beautiful colours. Right next door to the 6 km long sandy beach, the fine sand offers a walk to La Barrosa (Chiclana). Bikers or walkers can be seen traversing above the cliffs alongside the pine forests, e.g. to the fishing port in Conil or Chiclana. Roche is probably the best-known luxury private residency complex in Andalucía, built in the middle of a pine forest and directly at the Atlantic Ocean. 

The neighboring white village of Chiclana de la Frontera (Novo Sancti Petri) with its stretch of beach La Barrosa is only a few minutes drive away. There are various beach bars and a 6 km long sandy beach with a spacious promenade. Another white village is Conil de la Frontera with its fantastic old town, both villages are located directly on the Atlantic Ocean and are only a few minutes drive away. It is also near to the local Golf courses of Novo Sancti Petri, Puerto Santa Maria, Sotogrande and others. Cities of Cultural Interest such as Cadiz, the oldest town in Europe, Jerez, de la Frontera well known for its Flamenco dancing and Sherry, Sevilla, with its many tourist attractions, Tarifa and Puerto Santa Maria are also easily accessible. In the surrounding area you will also find interesting places like the harbour of Sotogrande and Puerto Banus, Gibraltar, Marbella, Sierra Blanca, Malaga and many other interesting places.
