This holiday property is located in the family-friendly urbanisation of Roche on the Costa de la Luz in Andalusia.

This house, built in 1995 and renovated by new owners in 2022, combines the spirit of typical Andalusian houses with a modern interior design. The owners have made the best use of the spaces in the house and have managed to keep the traditional style touch, for example, the typical tile pictures at the entrance or a clay vase as a nice detail in the entrance hall. The windows, doors and staircase handrail are made of good quality wood. At the same time the property has all the indispensable elements for a modern house such as temperature control, air conditioning throughout the house and solar panels.

The property consists of two floors and has in total 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living-dining room with integrated modern kitchen and wonderful outside areas such as porch, terrace and garden with the pool. The kitchen is open to the living room and has a lot of light. It is completely refurbished and equipped with top brand appliances. To finish the description of this floor, it is necessary to mention an outside area of the house which can be accessed from the kitchen. This area has an additional bathroom, laundry room and a small porch for breakfast outside. The house also has a parking area for one car.

On the first floor there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms is larger, with a double bed, two windows and a glass door leading to the balcony overlooking the pine forest. The smaller, cosier bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes.

The Roche urbanisation has an exceptional location on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean. Here you can enjoy one of the best climates not only in Spain, but in the whole of Europe. The sandy beach and the coves of Roche are very picturesque and allow you to practice sports such as surfing, cycling or hiking all year round. Nearby cities such as Cadiz, Jerez de la Frontera or Seville are known for their great cultural offer that one should not miss.
