Wij hebben eind vorig jaar via Immo Team El Delfin een grondstuk in Roche aangekocht. We zijn zeer tevreden over de wijze waarop Robert, Claudia en Jose ons hebben begeleid. We zijn nu bezig met de voorbereidingen om een huis te bouwen en ook hierbij hebben wij zeer buikbare adviezen van Robert en zijn team mogen ontvangen. Kortom als u in de toekomst iets in Roche wil ondernemen raden wij u aan om eens contact op te nemen met El Delfin.

During our 3rd vacation in Roche, we fell in love with the place so much that we decided to look for a family & friends vacation home. Claudia, Robert and Jose took really great care of us and showed us the area. During the following 6 month they helped us almost on a daily basis with thoughts, connections to their network of local service providers and took much of the work load on their shoulders. It felt like friends helping friends. Finally after 6 months we closed and are now looking forward for a great neighbourhood and future friendship.

We are now the proud owners of a property in the Costa De La Luz thanks to IMMOTEAM. Having spent 6 months researching the area and organising with ‘agents’ to view property’s, on our arrival we were in despair. Everyone was so busy and we did not see a single peoperty that we had asked to see. We decided to look around different agents ourselves and fortunatley found Robert, Claudia and team. They spent many hours with us, listned to what we wanted and then found the property that we liked. Not only did they guide us through the whole process but, 6 months down the line they are still giving us advice and helping us in finding craftsman etc. to do jobs around the property.
