The urbanisation of Roche is a private residential of Conil de la Frontera, founded in 1975 and is situated in a quiet, unspoiled area. It is mainly owned by Spanish residents and it is situated in a prime location within a pine forest next to the Atlantic. The white villages of Conil-, Vejer- and Medina & Chiclana de la Frontera are close by. Cities of Cultural Interest such as Cadiz, the oldest town in Europe, Jerez de la Frontera, well known for its Flamenco dancing and Sherry, Sevilla, with its many tourist attractions and Puerto Santa Maria are also easily accessible.
Roche itself is a beautiful and quiet urbanisation with some small cafes, a pharmacy, a small supermarket, a children playground and many sports facilities, as well as the renowned cliff restaurant “El Timon de Roche”. Hiking, riding, mountain biking, volleyball, tennis – the nature park around the residential estate´s area offers lots of options. Another great experience is the challenging high ropes course near Roche situated in the sun-drenched pine forests.
