The 2-storey holiday home by the Atlantic Ocean is situated on a plot of about 1,200 sqm. The beautiful garden has a variety of plants as well as some pine trees. The cliffs, the 6 km long sandy beach, various bays or the nature reserve surrounding Roche invite you to take long walks. Let yourself be enchanted by our family-friendly urbanisation Roche.

The holiday property has a parking space for two cars and bicycles. At the back of the holiday home there is enough space to build a large saltwater pool. The construction will take about 3 to 4 weeks, we will be happy to help you find a suitable company.  Upon entering the house, one enters the entrance hall which leads to the living/dining room, the kitchen and the hallway with the bedrooms. The bright and spacious living room has a sofa corner with fireplace, a dining area as well as access to the covered terrace. The adjoining kitchen also has a lot of natural light, a small dining area and is fully equipped. From the kitchen you have direct access to an enclosed patio which is especially suitable for drying the laundry.

Furthermore, on the ground floor there are 4 bright and spacious double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs is the master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. From the large terrace you have a beautiful view into the garden and a little to the Atlantic Ocean when a tree disturbing is cut back. There are 2 small storage rooms in the house and an electric irrigation system in the garden and well.

In our urbanisation Roche, a lot is done for the youngest among us. In the summer months there is an open air cinema, a children's disco, handicrafts or tennis - table tennis competition among other activities. In the nearby beach bar of the urbanisation Roche, you can enjoy delicious tapas, sunsets and watch the new additions to the surf school. The well-known white villages such as Conil,- Chiclana or Vejer de la Frontera can be reached in 10 or 30 minutes by car. The oldest and one of the most beautiful cities in Europe is Cadiz. Cadiz can be reached in less than 45 minutes by car, as can Jerez de la Frontera or Puerto Santa de Maria.
