The urbanisation Roche with its approx. 1,400 houses (plot surface: 700 m²) was founded about 30 years ago. It is situated directly on the Atlantic coast in the middle of a shady pine forest and there are long, sandy beaches and little coves. The urbanisation (95% Spanish owners) has a 24 h security-service, a small supermarket, a childrens´ playground, a big sports-ground (tennis, soccer, basketball and volleyball …) and restaurant “El Timón”, which is situated right next to the beach.

Last but not least, due to the luxurious but typical Spanish atmosphere some well known actors (one of them an Oscar winner!), politicians and singers have found their ideal holiday home here.
By car, it only takes seven mins. to reach the white villages  of Conil and Chiclana, approx. 15 min. to visit Vejer and Medina Sidonia and 40 – 70 min. to visit Cadiz, Jerez and Sevilla.
